The
Carolina Country
Stampede, hosted
by Williamston
Downtown Inc.,
brings fantastic
family fun and
entertainment to
Main Street!

During Stampede
weekend, Downtown Williamston
is transformed into
a musical showplace.
Main Street is
filled with
vendors featuring
handmade crafts,
unique foods and
great gift items.
And there's
entertainment for
the entire family.
As night approaches,
laughter, music and a festive atmosphere
spread down the
tree-lined
sidewalks.
On Friday
evening, the Main
Stage in front of
Williamston Town
Hall kicks off the
weekend with music
by The Band of Oz
drawing
thou-sands of
people.
On Saturday
the Northeast
Com-mission stage
features local and
regional musicians
and kid’s shows.
Some of those local
favorites are Curtis
Hyler and
Jubilation, Jamie
Bryant, Sara
Hardison, and Eddie
Lilley.
High Steppin’ Country, a
Myrtle Beach Show
group, will perform on
the Pepsi Stage.
High Steppin'
Country brings a
wholesome family
entertainment that
is a mix of country,
pop, beach, gospel
and flag-waving
patriotic
entertainment to the
stage.
"Games for
Cash and Prizes with
Billy Buck"
of Bear Radio
is a new addition to
Stampede and kicks
off at 5:30 pm.
Contestants will be
selected from
Festival goers.
Enjoy the fun as
contestants compete
in games of skill
and fun for cash and
other prizes.
Later, the
Pepsi Stage will
feature the award
winning
Ricochet.
Past performers
included Sammy
Kershaw, The
Kentucky
Headhunters,
Shenandoah, John
Anderson, David
Frizell, Highway
101, Restless Heart,
