A recent
market analysis for Downtown Williamston identified several different types
of businesses that would create a good mix within our downtown area. Those
businesses included:

| Williamston
Downtown, Inc in partnership with the Town of Williamston has offered Facade
Grant improvements for property owners or tenants to improve the front or
rear facades of their buildings. While funds for the 2001-02 year have been
allocated, it is hoped that new funds will be available after July 1, 2002
for the 2002-03 year. For more information on this and other programs you
