Before using any third party payment method, it is important to know the status of your Town of Williamston Water/Sewer account. We accept payments via check, cash, and debit/credit card for your taxes, water, cemetery plot, and zoning permit fees for the Town of Williamston. For reoccuring bills, such as your water bill, you can have this autodrafted from your bank account free of charge. Stop by the water department and we will gladly have this autopayment set up for you.
For added convenience, you can also make your payments online via the Point and Pay web portal. There will be a convenience fee of 2.95% or a minimum of $2.50 added by the Point and Pay website.

All property tax payments made online January 5, 2018 will not accrue taxes. The office is closed due to inclement weather. We are aware that citizens would like pay their taxes before the state-mandated interest is applied. Any property taxes paid through the Dropbox located in the drive-thru at Town Hall on Friday will be be accepted as being paid before the deadline as will any payments received in the mail that bears a postmarked date of January 5, 2018.
