Williamston Planning department strives to provide you with assistance in helping your project or business be successful in our community.  Staff is eager to help you in the early stages of your project to ensure compliance with town ordinances and policies. In addition to assisting you with project planning we are also available to assist with economic development programs that are available from the town and state. 

This site provides you with our Ordinances, Plans & Forms. Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances are available as a preliminary guide and are not the official ordinances or maps. Before making financial commitments you should verify map designations and uses with the Planning Department.
